Land Acquisition Manager - Jarred's creative thinking abilities and desire to genuinely help people make him special. From his early years in high school he's always been passionate about business and real estate. After spending 8 years in online sales he transitioned to working under a local developer until 4 years ago when he stepped out on his own. As our acquisition manager he works directly with sellers using his creativity to create offers that best match the seller's needs while acquiring raw or developed land for the purpose of building. Jarred was born in New Jersey and raised in Saint Petersburg, FL. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, watching team sports, and movies with a deeper meaning than meets the eye. He also mentors high school students in the county where he grew up.
